Buying Your First Vape Liquid
Buying Your First Vape Liquid
"The world is waking to vaping, and getting healthier and more knowledgeable at the same time. As the industry grows, however, the end-user needs a safe and reliable access point where they can buy high-quality and trustworthy vape liquid. This counts for both in-store and online. When buying your vape juice, it’s important to understand what you need, and what you like. These two don’t always go hand in hand. I for one like the Challenger II tank, but I don’t necessarily need one. It’s important to understand what vape liquid is before you can make an informed decision.

Vape liquid Flavours First

Start off with the basics, and also the most important, the flavour. On T-Juice, vape liquid is grouped by flavour category, being T-Juice Fruity flavours, T-Juice Tobacco Flavours, T-Juice Beverage Flavours, T-Juice Menthol Flavours And T-Juice Dessert Flavours. Even though menthol is its own category, menthol can often be found blended in with other flavours. For some, especially those moving from cigarettes to vapes, the craving of tobacco flavour is still high, hence this category. Often this category has brand flavour matches so it’s not too much of a shock to your tastebuds. There is however an amazing world of flavours available out there that you won’t find anywhere else. The extraordinary variety of flavours can be daunting to many, so why not order a mix? Choose a tobacco flavour, a dessert flavour, a fruit flavour, and a wildcard or two.

What Base?

Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerine are the two main bases of e-juices. When talking PG and VG, the thing to know here is that PG has more flavour but less dense clouds. VG is a little sweeter but with massive, thick clouds, and hence slightly less flavour. Many brands are therefore creating blends of PG & VG for the perfect hit of flavour and satisfaction of a well-made cloud, sure to block the sun for a moment or two. If you prefer a higher nicotine hit, and don’t mind slightly less dense clouds, go for a 50/50 PG/VG e-liquid. The throat hit is also important to ex-smokers, to emulate that feeling of the smoke in your throat. PG will give you more of a throat hit, but can feel like it dries your throat out more than VG. Nicotine salts are also available, providing a higher concentration of nicotine. Nic salts are essentially diluted nicotine crystals, and are able to get into the bloodstream faster. For vapers who haven’t smoked, this might not be ideal, as nic salts can also have quite a strong nicotine hit, or head rush. Nic salts however can’t be used with all devices, and as such you’ll need to find out if your device is compatible. Nicotine salts are also available, providing a higher concentration of nicotine. The Hit

Once you have settled on your preferred flavour, or even chosen a selection, you should choose your nicotine strength. There are flavours that are just that, with 0mg and just pure taste, all the way up to the strongest concentrations of 20mg. If you are new to vaping, try starting at 12mg, and evaluating your cravings from there. With the 0mg offerings, you can even create your own short or long-fill mixes with nicotine at a strength you prefer. It is vitally important to buy your vape liquid from a reputable source. Even though in the UK and across the EU vape liquids and e-salts are highly regulated and scrutinized, unscrupulous suppliers still exist. At T-Juice, we were the first vape company in the UK to attain ISO 9001 from the BSI. We ensure that all of our ingredients are of the highest pharmaceutical grade, and we also stay far away from any ingredients we feel just aren’t good enough, even if allowed by regulations."
