Following the 1 October 2015 changes to the law on e-cigarettes (1), it is illegal in the UK for retailers to sell electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) or e-liquids to someone under 18 and for adults to buy (or try to buy) tobacco products or e-cigarettes for someone under 18.
If you have a damaged item, all you need to do is let us know within 48 hours of receiving it, either by phone or email.
You can then return the product to us, and if it’s found to be faulty a refund or exchange will be issued. Yes, just can add more than one nicotine strengths to your subscription. Select your products with the subscription option and add to your basket as normal, then proceed to payment .
Login to My Account, select My Subscription and Edit. Click the Edit Subscription Items button, which will redirect you to the subscription edit mode. Find your product and select your new nicotine strength and click Add to Subscription. Once you’re happy with changes, head over to your shopping cart, select Update Subscription and you will be taken to a new page to review changes and proceed to follow the next steps.
