Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, deliveries may take a little longer than normal. The safety of our teams is our priority and we are taking all precautions to protect our staff and customers.
Please allow Royal Mail extra time to deliver your order, for domestic deliveries please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. There are currently delays for international deliveries please allow extra time for your delivery. We appreciate your patience and apologise for the delay.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery dates will be set out in your dispatch confirmation, the usual delivery time is 2-3 working days. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods and promotional period deliveries may take longer.
Our order cut-off point for most of our services is 1 pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day. You may, however, receive an email saying that your items have been shipped outside of these times, this does not mean it has been collected by the courier but that your order is awaiting collection by the courier.
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct, we will not replace or re-send orders at our expense if the incorrect address details have been supplied by the customer. Postage may be upgraded at T Juice’s discretion. Your email address or telephone number may be provided to the courier for tracking purposes and to notify you of delivery time.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days (UK orders) 14 working days (international orders) please contact a member of the T Juice team via email or telephone quoting your order number.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail’s international service. Delivery dates will be set out in your dispatch confirmation, the delivery time for international orders is usually up to 10 working days, however, delivery times may take up to 1 month according to local customs policies. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy or promotional periods deliveries may take longer.
There may be restrictions on some products for certain international countries, if we are unable to deliver part of your order, we will inform you and offer an exchange or a refund. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be applied once the order reaches its destination country. The customer will be responsible for payment of import duties and taxes if you have any queries, we advise contacting your local customs office. International deliveries may also be subject to being opened and inspected by customs authorities.
If you want to return any of our products please email email@example.com. We must be contacted within 14 days of you receiving the goods, then you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Items must be sealed and in a resalable condition. We suggest that you send any product you wish to return via recorded delivery and use packaging that is suitable as we will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
Refunds will be made to the payment card/papal used at purchase and will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.

For defective or damaged goods, please get in touch with our Customer Service team before disposing of any products, as we may require batch numbers, photographic evidence of any damage or request that the item is returned to us.
