Whilst the world continues to navigate the uncertainty of
COVID-19, T-Juice remains committed to supporting our customers’ vaping journeys. We are taking all steps necessary to continue to provide an uninterrupted service.
Our number one priority is the safety of our customers, employees and their families. We are closely following the latest
NHS guidelines and have reinforced these with additional steps to protect our team and customers including;
- additional deep-cleaning and sanitising of our entire facility
- staggered work schedules to limit social contact and working from home for office staff.
Over the past few weeks, we have been working hard to ensure that we are prepared for this scenario and that production can continue uninterrupted. We are currently not experiencing any stock shortages and do not anticipate this will be an issue.
If you are self-isolating, or if restrictions on shopping are implemented, you can still shop with us 24/7 on our new T-Juice site. We continue to offer free-delivery on all orders and our customer service partners are available online and on social media to help you with any questions you may have.
